Cancelation Policy

We have a 24 hours cancellation or no show fee. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice or do not show up at your appointment time, you will be charged up to 100% of our normal fees.

Please understand that the appointment time you have booked is reserved exclusively for you.
We are committed to being organized and present for your appointment time and we ask you for the same commitment.

We understand that at times there can be extenuating circumstances outside of our control.
